Interim Chief Operating Officer

Main areas of responsibility;

• Report to CEO
• P&L responsible
• Lead a team of 26 persons
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and longterm objectives developed in tandem with CEO
• Oversee operations, human resources, accounting and partner with CEO in sales and procurement management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
• Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieve targets for growth and profitability
• Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners and other stakeholders across all areas

Required skills and qualifications;

• 8-10  years of experience in same or similar leadership role, preferably within FMCG
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast integrity, great interpersonal skills and co-operations skills
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
• Experience of transition and change management
• Integration of diverse teams
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
• Experience within Sales and/or Procurement
• Clear and engaging verbal and written communication
• Bachelor´s Degree in BA or similar

About the process;

The assignment covers 100%, starting immediately and is expected to last for approx 8 months.

Presentation of candidates to the client will take place continuously and interviews with the client company will be conducted in conjunction with that.
