Interim CFO
Stockholm innerstad | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been commissioned to find an interim CFO for a European HRtech company, headquartered in Stockholm but with the majority of the clients located outside of Sweden. The company has an accelerating organic revenue growth with 170 Mkr run-rate and profitable growth exceeding 250% year-on-year. The Interim CFO will be expected to work as a close sparring partner to the CEO, management and the entire business in order to keep a high growth rate and reaching the goal of 1 billion ARR in 2024/2025.
The CFO reports directly to the CEO and manages a team of four people, all focusing on accounting and reporting.
Main tasks:
- Drive efficiency within the financial function
- Help each department to plan future resource needs to handle the expected high growth
- Drive efficiencies within the entire organization including process improvements and automation
- Secure high-quality reporting and price strategy
- Investigate the impact of external funding

About the process:
