Interim Operations & Projects Manager
Interim Search has been retained to appoint an interim Operations & Projects Manager for an established Nordic and international player within MedTech.
The position requires a physical presence at our client's site in the Frankfurt area a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- The role requires a balance of technical/production expertise, regulatory understanding, and cultural and leadership agility.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement and optimization initiatives (backlog of quality deviations, costs).
- Prioritize resources and efforts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in project management within a regulated manufacturing environment in Life Science (preferably MedTech).
- Several years of experience in a leadership position within the manufacturing industry.
- A clear and inspiring person and leader with a strong drive to develop both people and processes.
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
This is a full-time assignment estimated to last for 4-6 months, starting as soon as possible. The position requires a physical presence at our client’s site in the Frankfurt area a minimum of 3 days per week.
