Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim CFO for a major company with international operations. The group has a turnover of just over SEK 2 billion.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Strategic leadership: Lead, develop and inspire the group's finance team and align the financial strategy with the company's growth objectives.
Business Management & Analysis: Drive and develop the Group's business controlling, margin monitoring and KPI management to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
Financial reporting: Ensure that the consolidated accounts, annual accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes are of the highest quality and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Process and system development: Digitize and automate financial processes, and act as a requirement setter in the implementation of BI tools and business systems.
Risk Management & Liquidity: Optimize the group's cash flow, hedging and working capital, and manage relationships with banks, auditors and authorities.
To be eligible for the role:
Education: Master's degree in Economics or equivalent academic training in economics/finance.
Experience: Minst 5-7 års erfarenhet i en liknande roll som CFO/Ekonomichef, gärna i en internationell miljö.
Systems & Digitization: Very good knowledge of modern business systems and BI tools.
Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
