Interim Maintenance Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of machinery and equipment according to agreement with production managers.
• Contribute specialist knowledge to production about machinery and equipment.
• To develop preventive maintenance.
• Personnel responsibility and responsibility for machinery and equipment within their own department.
• Ensure compliance with the laws and agreements applicable to the area of responsibility.
• Achieve results according to set goals.
• Ensure the use of the business system within their own area of responsibility.
• Develop action plans to meet the goals related to their own area of responsibility.
• Be helpful within all areas of responsibility.

To be considered for the role:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent relevant technical competence and work experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge in the field of work environment and technical background.
• Ability to work in accordance with the company’s core values.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time on site, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last approximately 11-12 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place immediately, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
