Interim Maintenance Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Maintenance Manager for an industry located in Västra Gästrikland. The client has approximately 375 employees and 2,6 billion SEK in turnover.
Hovedansvarsområder:
- Maintenance of machinery and equipment according to agreement with production managers.
- Contribute specialist knowledge to production about machinery and equipment.
- To develop preventive maintenance.
- Personnel responsibility and responsibility for machinery and equipment within their own department.
- Ensure compliance with the laws and agreements applicable to the area of responsibility.
- Achieve results according to set goals.
- Ensure the use of the business system within their own area of responsibility.
- Develop action plans to meet the goals related to their own area of responsibility.
- Be helpful within all areas of responsibility.
For å komme i betraktning for rollen:
- Relevant university degree or equivalent relevant technical competence and work experience.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of work environment and technical background.
- Ability to work in accordance with the company’s core values.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Om prosessen:
The assignment is full-time on site, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last approximately 11-12 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place immediately, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
