Stockholm | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim HR-Manager to an international company at their office in Stockholm.
Job Description
- Member of the management team with 4 other HoDs and CEO
- Close co-operation with Finance Manager
- On-boarding of new employees
- Recruitments in co-operation with recruiting companies
- Interviews and testings
- Training utilization and planning
- Support managers in HR-related issues
- Annual evaluation process
- HR administration
- Payroll administration
- Creating/updating HR-related policies/Personal handbook
- Reporting to CEO
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in HR Management or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in HR roles that required organizational change
- Experience working in mid/large matrixed organization is preferred
- Thomas International testing tool or other
- Proficient in English, international experience advantageous
The process:
The assignment is expected to start on September 13th and last 12 months at 75 percent. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews are held in connection with it.
