Interim Head of Finance
Skåne | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Head of Finance to a Swedish real estate company listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange.
As Head of Finance you report to the Country Manager with 4 subordinates (Head of Accounting, Account Payables Manager, Business Controller and Project Controller)
Main tasks and focus for the role are:
- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the finance department in accordance with the organizations goals, policies and procedures
- Part of the Swedish management team and support local management and group management in any aspect related to reporting of business activities
- Efficient financial management and control with reliable and accurate data, KPIs and analysis
- Build and develop the finance team in order to be great support function to other departments and stakeholders
- Coordinate and ensure efficient local audits aligned with internal group timeline
- Develop and improve the accounting and finance function in line with the companys strategy and be a good ambassador for the Group
- Support employees and managers is questions regarding finance, accounting, reporting, tax and VAT
Who we are searching for in this assignment:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as finance manager or controlling manager preferably in international listed companies
- University degree/M Sc in business administration or accounting
- Experience from working with the majority or all processes within accounting, reporting, tax and corporate compliance
- Solid IT knowledge and interest in ERP systems
- Strong communicator who dares to take initiatives
- Strong analytical abilty with attention to details and can switch between overall perspectives and details
