Småland | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Head of Business Control to our client located in Småland. The client produces industrial products and is a global corporation with more than 6000 employees and a turnover of 2 billion USD. In Sweden the client has 100 employees and a turnover of 550 million SEK.
Interim Search is looking for an interim Head of Business Control. You have detailed knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles and ideally US-GAAP, preferably from an international sales and production environment. Your are fluent i Swedish and English and have skill on high level within Excel and as well strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP affinity.
Responsibilities as interim Head of Business Control:
Compile and report monthly, quarterly- and yearly financial statements.
Coordinate finance reports for the area of responsibility.
Plan, manage and follow up the budget process.
Responsible for profitability analysis, financial investigations and investment documentation.
Support with tools for analyses and proactive work in rest of the organization.
Oversee, maintain and continuously improve the production as well as the sales controlling.
Responsible for verify customers’ limits and payment abilities.
Responsible for finance team of 4 employees.
Keep updated on and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Business partner to leaders (both sales and production) in the region, demonstrates sound business judgment and contributes to the strategic direction and provides leadership to the business.
Assure and supervise compliance with general policies.
Coordinate and supports internal and external audits.
