Lars is an experienced HR Director with a background in large Swedish companies. He started his career in a subsidiary where he became HR manager for 350 engineers within a year. The company was sold during this period, which intensified the work with negotiations, recruitment, downsizing and competence development. After ten successful years and an exciting journey, he chose to become HR Director for the service unit of another large Swedish company. The new challenge was to develop the company's infrastructure and implement a global SAP system. He was then given two more change assignments by the Group Management, the last one as responsible for Comp. & Ben. and trade union negotiations, involving 4,000 employees. Since September 2014, he has been working as interim HR Director for a multi-billion euro company in the process industry through Interim Search.
If you are a larger company that needs an authority who can improve and develop human capital work, Lars is an interesting interim resource. He is particularly relevant if you are undergoing a reorganization with staff changes, if the business is to be relocated geographically or if you need someone to take responsibility for difficult negotiations. His areas of responsibility have grown during the assignment with our client, the contract has been extended and very good references can be given if interested.
