Annika has worked in human resources for 10 years. She started as a recruitment consultant for a well-known local firm to work on in-house recruitment for an international logistics company with a total of 1,000 employees. In this role, she supported 50 operational managers in their human resources development. After gaining experience in labor law issues, termination, recruitment, performance appraisals, negotiations and salary reviews, she has chosen to work as an interim consultant. Annika's first assignment ends in the next few days, an assignment where she has been helping a retail company for a year to build up processes and routines, conduct union negotiations, succession planning, rehabilitation, recruitment and introductions.
