Interim HR Director

Theodor is a sporty interim consultant who has been working with global HR issues since 2001. His international experience includes the Nordic countries, the Baltic states, Russia, the Netherlands, and Germany, where, as global HR director, he had country managers and HR managers reporting to him. His first management job was at a textile manufacturing company, and two years into the job, he was promoted to the head office with 15 direct reports and responsibility for all HR issues concerning the 1,500 employees. He was then recruited externally to a private equity-owned metal manufacturing company and subsequently moved to a company in the process industry, where he has worked for most of the last 15 years. His most recent position was at a well-known Swedish food company with Nordic responsibility for HR. He chose to leave that position, which transitioned into a one-year consulting assignment. Since then, he has had two additional interim assignments for a telecom company and, most recently, an American manufacturing engineering company in the role of interim HR director for Northeast Europe.
