Interim Head of Treasury
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Treasury Manager for a Nordic company in the financial industry. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion and has 150 employees.
We are looking for an operational Interim Treasury Manager who wants to be part of the ongoing growth journey. The Treasury Manager has the overall responsibility to streamline funding and liquidity management as well as monitor, analyze, forecast and report the liquidity situation and risks. As a manager you are communicative, senior and confident. The Treasury department consists of 4 people and the Treasury Manager reports to the CFO and is part of the Nordic management team.
Main duties
- Lead, manage and monitor all activities of the treasury function and carry out daily operational tasks; including ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage funding and ensure effective and geographical diversification.
- Manage, analyze and plan liquidity risks, risk indicators and the company's liquidity portfolio.
- Design a competitive treasury and financing function.
- Internal and external reporting (COREP & ICLAAP).
- Act as a contact person for banks and financial supervisory authorities.
To be eligible for the role
- You have many years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a good knowledge of deposits and funding, across currencies.
- You have solid experience in treasury in banking/finance.
- You have a good knowledge of COREP & ICLAAP.
- You have a degree in business administration or equivalent.
About the process
The assignment is expected to start in mid-October and will last for 9 months. We will present candidates on 9/10 and interviews with the client will take place on 10/10 and 11/10.
