Interim Strategic Projects Lead
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Strategic Projects Lead to an international, expansive company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Independently run business-critical projects on behalf of the CEO and management team.
- Produce high-quality decision-making documents and presentations for the board and owners.
- Identify and implement AI tools to optimize processes and management functions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure progress in the organization.
- Design and quality assure strategic communication on behalf of the management.
To be eligible for the role:
- Background in management consulting from a leading global consulting firm or equivalent environment.
- Proven experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) or similar complex analysis projects.
- Exceptional ability in visual storytelling and packaging investor-grade messages.
- Habitual project manager who works unpretentiously both high and low with a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6-12 months starting in May. The assignment is carried out on site in Stockholm.
