Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim HR Manager for a manufacturing company with annual revenue of approximately 1.5 mdsek and about 100 employees.
Main duties:
- Lead and develop HR initiatives to support managers and the leadership team on HR matters, including organizational development, change management, and culture-building.
- Lead HR initiatives that promote engagement and leadership development.
- Ensure an effective and well-functioning HR function that supports the organization’s goals and ways of working.
To be eligible for the role:
- HR Manager with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with manufacturing companies that employ both white-collar and blue-collar workers, where the focus is more on day-to-day business and operations than on strategic issues.
- Extensive experience in leadership development, training, communication and HR, recruitment, workplace safety, and union matters.
- Your approach to work is characterized by humility, dedication, focus, and a willingness to collaborate.
About the process
The assignment covers 100% and is expected to last 6 months, starting in mid-August. The assignment requires on-site work at the client’s location 4 days a week.
We will present the candidates on July 8, and client interviews will take place on July 9.
