Interim Group Manager Software Development
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Group Manager Software Development to a company active in security solutions in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Responsible for leadership, skills development and delivery within the company's software organization
- Building scalable platforms and solutions for the central digital development within the organization
- Ensure increased maturity and establishment of new requirements and ways of working in software development
- Establish and implement security policies
- Responsible for analysis, budgeting and strategic planning of human resources and skills management
- Driving and embedding a structured approach to continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plan for the organization's footprint
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in software development and technical leadership
- Proven management experience
- Experience in scaling up and developing software organizations in growth phase
- Experience with systems integrated with hardware and connected technologies
- Good knowledge of regulations and legal requirements related to cybersecurity and information security
- Good understanding of modern AI tools and their application in software development
- Driven and forward-thinking with a strong focus on results and development
- Collaborative team player with experience working at leadership and management level
- Very good command of spoken and written English
