Interim Supply Planner
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Supply Planner to a fast growing FMCG/e-commerce company in central Stockholm. The role is central in the supply chain and suits you who have a few years of experience and want to take the next step in an environment with high speed, short decision paths and strong growth.
Main duties:
- Plan and optimize production and purchasing based on sales forecasts, promotions and seasonality.
- Develop, follow up and adjust forecasts in close dialog with sales and marketing teams.
- Ensuring the right stock levels in a fast-moving environment with high availability requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up order and delivery flows together with warehouse and logistics.
- Identify anomalies and risks in the supply chain and act proactively.
- Work in a data-driven way and contribute to the improvement of forecasting and planning processes.
- Be an important link between internal functions and external partners.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have about 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or similar role.
- If you have experience in FMCG, retail or e-commerce, it is highly advantageous.
- You have good analytical skills and an interest in working with data and forecasting.
- You have experience working cross-functionally in a business-oriented role.
- Have a very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data modeling).
- Are you used to working at a fast pace with many parallel flows.
- Have good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
About the process
The assignment is full time and planned to start in August. We will present candidates to the client on 18/5 and interviews with the client company will take place the same week.
