Interim Senior Internal Communications Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Senior Communications Specialist at a Scandinavian company with revenue in the billions. As an interim Senior Communications Specialist, you will work to promote a positive corporate culture and engage
the company's employees, as well as ensuring effective and clear communication within the company. The role is responsible for
to plan, organize, and carry out internal communication activities in accordance with the client's
Internal Communication Strategy. The focus is on communication through the client’s internal channels. The role is primarily
a Swedish responsibility, but also works in part with communication and communication channels for
the customer's Scandinavian operations.
Main duties:
- Responsible for clear and effective internal communication by producing engaging content and
Coordinate activities such as the intranet and meetings. Works closely with management and collaborates with various
departments to ensure that strategic decisions, changes, and initiatives are communicated to
employees. Evaluates and develops communication initiatives to drive continuous improvement. - Overall responsibility for internal communications (intranet, Teams channels, town hall meetings, office screens, etc.).
- Plans, produces, and publishes content on the right channel at the right time, based on the overall communication plan, the organization’s needs, and the audience’s circumstances.
- This also involves participating in various forums and staying up to date on what’s happening in the company at all times.
- Leads the implementation of the client's new intranet, Laddpunkten. This includes everything from day-to-day development issues
in collaboration with the supplier, strategic work with the project team and steering committee, and operational work involving the packaging of
Contents. - Works with the Tech team to oversee the intranet as a whole and the user experience, as well as to ensure a
an effective and engaging communication channel. - Provides communications support for major internal projects, such as the development of a communications platform for sustainability communications, internal promotion of branding projects, internal events, etc.* Provides support and assistance with various communications issues from all parts of the company, particularly those related to
internal communication.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in internal communications within a large organization.
- Documented experience in planning, managing, and developing internal communications in close collaboration with various
parts of the business and management. - Excellent ability to create communications tailored to specific audiences and produce content for various internal
channels. - Experience implementing and setting up a new intranet is a plus.
- Experience in project management and in leading communication initiatives in change or development projects.
- Experience in sustainability communications is a plus.
- Strategic vision combined with strong operational execution.
