Interim ERP and Process Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim ERP and Process Specialist to a Swedish manufacturing company in southern Sweden.
The main work tasks:
- Develop and document business processes in the company's ERP system, Monitor.
- Drive the implementation of Fortnox as the group's new consolidation system.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear and structured, mainly in Excel.
- Work operationally with the finance team on day-to-day financial administration, including accounting.
To be eligible for the role:
- Proven experience working in ERP Monitor.
- Strong understanding of system and process thinking with ability to optimize flows.
- Experience from smaller manufacturing companies.
- Solid experience in implementation and development of business systems. Meritorious if you have implemented Fortnox.
- You are self-driven, structured and responsible with the ability to drive projects to completion.
About the process:
This is a hybrid assignment starting June 1st and expected to last 6 six months. Presentation of candidates will take place on May 27 and interviews with the client company will be held on May 28.
