Interim Change Manager in Systems Development
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint a change leader in systems development to
a well-established service company. The assignment involves analyzing the business, evaluating
products and technology platforms and drive work towards a more efficient organization and a
clearer technical direction.
Main duties:
- Analyze the business, organization and technology platform.
- Evaluate products, architecture and development processes.
- Streamlining organization and working methods.
- Driving culture and change.
- Increase delivery capacity and pace of development.
- Create a more aggressive product and technology agenda.
To be eligible for the role:
- Background in software or systems development.
- Understanding of system architecture and product development.
- Management experience with staff and delivery responsibilities.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in organizational and cultural change.
- Strong communication skills.
About the process:
We will present candidates on June 15 and interviews with clients are scheduled for June 16.
