Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for financial management and overall responsibility for the financial governance of the company.
• Ensure that all reporting is done correctly according to the requirements and regulations that apply to a listed company.
• Decision support and responsible for the preparation & presentation of financial information to the CEO & Board.
• System: 3L, Forum & Modular Finance.

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience of having held the role of CFO is an absolute requirement.
• Solid and proven experience in financial reporting in a listed environment.
• In-depth understanding and experience in the real estate sector.
• Expertise in real estate valuation.

About the process:
