Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim CFO to a smaller listed company in the real estate industry. The location of the assignment can be Norrköping, Kalmar or Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for financial management and overall responsibility for the financial governance of the company.
- Ensure that all reporting is done correctly according to the requirements and regulations that apply to a listed company.
- Decision support and responsible for the preparation & presentation of financial information to the CEO & Board.
- System: 3L, Forum & Modular Finance.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience of having held the role of CFO is an absolute requirement.
- Solid and proven experience in financial reporting in a listed environment.
- In-depth understanding and experience in the real estate sector.
- Expertise in real estate valuation.
About the process:
The assignment is 40% of a full-time position and is expected to last up to 24 months. The assignment can be done partly remotely and has a desired start in May. We will present candidates to the client during week 10 with subsequent interviews. If you are interested and available, apply now!
