Interim CEO (Landscaping)
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for a general contractor in the earthworks, concrete, and civil engineering industry. The company has annual revenue of approximately 150 million and is part of a larger group.
Main duties:
- Extensive experience with calculations on the job.
- Extensive experience in identifying, documenting, and negotiating change orders (ÄTA – management).
- Ability to effectively coordinate machinery, in-house skilled workers, and subcontractors.
- Skilled in liquidity planning.
- Experience negotiating favorable agreements for materials and equipment rentals.
To be eligible for the role:
- In-depth industry knowledge and a holistic business perspective.
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with local construction companies, municipalities, and property owners.
- Strong knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06 ABS.
- A leadership style characterized by straightforward communication, mutual respect, and the ability to retain skilled professionals.
- Organized and skilled at creating efficient processes.
- Experience working within a large corporate group is preferred.
About the process
