We are looking for a business-oriented and strategic District Sales Manager for a company in Denmark. This is a role with an immediate start where you will take full responsibility for your district.
The Role
In this role, you are not just a salesperson, you are a trusted business partner for both resellers and corporate customers. The district is under development (an existing district is now being divided into two), which means there is enormous potential for growth. Your customer base may include cleaning companies as well as businesses in warehousing and logistics.
We are looking for someone with a distinct “hunter” mentality, driven to proactively open new doors and convert opportunities into concrete business. You plan your own daily routine and are responsible for managing your meeting schedule and conducting sales meetings. You may visit customers on site or present products in the company’s showroom.
Even though you work independently on the road, you are never alone. You will have a solid organization behind you: a manufacturing company where success is celebrated and colleagues support each other in everyday work. You will receive support from the sales team across Denmark, as well as from headquarters and their customer service team, who are ready to support your sales efforts.
Main responsibilities:
- You own and drive sales and growth in your district, independently identifying opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for both new and existing customers.
- You actively drive new business development and successfully open new doors in the market.
- You act as a strategic partner and advisor, helping customers simplify processes and optimize their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through value-based solutions.
- Through an active field presence, you build your meeting pipeline, conduct sales meetings, and manage the entire sales cycle systematically using CRM tools and KPIs.
- While the role is highly independent, you will collaborate with and receive support from a strong team at the head office.
To be considered for the role:
- A strong “hunter mentality,” with documented success in B2B sales and dealer sales.
- Experience working toward clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in sales within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on capital goods.
- Strong self-leadership and the ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented way.
- An understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and value-based selling.
- You are self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented, and you enjoy thinking outside the box.
- You should be based in Sjælland or or the nearby area.
- Fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time with an immediate start. Candidate presentations will take place on March 20th, with interviews on March 23rd.
