Northern Spain | KonfidentielltInterim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CEO to two companies in Northern Spain. The companies are subsidiaries of a corporate group listed on the Swedish stock exchange. The subsidiaries have approximately 20 million euros in revenue and around 90 employees in each company.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO with a deep understanding of operations in manufacturing and sales. You will have the ability to bring in a second person for detailed inquiries with clients.
Main tasks:
- Conceptually sketch out solutions related to the company’s offerings for individual customers.
- See the overall needs of the company for further development of efficiency.
- Lead the employees with a strong and secure leadership.
Qualifications:
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- You have a strong drive and are highly motivated.
- You have recognized ability and a well documented strong leadership.
- Recognized ability to see the overall needs of the company.
- It is a merit to have knowledge of sheet metal and bending.
