Interim Service Manager Order2Cash

You are leading a team of 15 people and report to the Head of Shared Service Center.

Your team provides common, harmonized and cost efficient services to your internal customers. The main internal customers are Sales, Customer Care, Credit Control management as well as other business owners.

Main tasks:

• Provide effective leadership and coordination
• Execute and complete activities in a timely manner and ensure high quality
• Drive improvement efforts and work for automatization and harmonization
• Contribute to and participate in relevant forums and implement decisions in time
• Act in close co-operation with SSC-teams in other countries and other company units
• Develop the appropriate network to optimize the end to end process and service delivery
• Manage resources in order to deliver on the decided services, activities and targets
• Drive and challenge the local O2C team, develop motivation, knowledge and team work
• Ensure that O2C team is properly resourced and has capacity and competence to achieve targets
• Deliver agreed targets for O2C team

To be relevant for the role:

• ​​You have 10+ years of experience working as a manager or team lead in a multi-cultural global environment
• You have solid working experience from finance and accounting
• You have business process improvement knowledge, business understanding and customer focus.
• You have strong skills within leadership and communication and an ability to coach and develop your team
• You have an ability to handle tight deadlines.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English language, both verbal and written
• You have at least a Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent working experience

About the process:
