Malmö | Hilding Andersson International ABInterim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Senior Executive Assistant by our client Hilding Anders International. Hilding Anders produces approximately 8 million mattresses annually at 23 factories in 19 countries. The company is based in Malmö, Sweden, and is majority owned by the private equity firm KKR
The interim Senior Executive Assistant will support the CEO and the Executive Management team with administrational matters concerning day to day business as well the medium and long term planning. The position is located at Hilding Anders HQ in central Malmö, Sweden.
As a interim Senior Executive Assistant your main tasks includes:
- Take an active part and support the CEO operationally.
- Responsible for the office in Malmö.
- Coordinate the weekly plan for the CEO.
- Hotel and travel coordination and booking.
- Set up/arrange meetings with different parties.
- Support with the coordination of the BU meetings.
- Visa applications/contacts with embassies.
- Handling of calendar and e-mail.
- Perform different administrative tasks.
Who we are looking for
- Hands-on experience from supporting executives.
- High level of integrity
- Action orientation – taking personal ownership and responsibility.
- Successful track record as assistant in a similar sized business, or other firms like auditors, lawyers.
- Strong experience within administration.
- Experience of working in different IT systems.
- International experience.
- Track record of delivering good results.
- A pro-active mindset.
