Interim Search has been trusted to appoint a Sales Director for an International marketleading manufacturing company. This role is reporting to the CEO, and is an important member of the management team. You are responsible for a team of 5 regional managers, and will be cooperating closely with the Sales backoffice function.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and the quarterly sales plans, inline with with overall company strategy.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continous learning and accountability within the sales team.
  • Forecasting of sales, and profitplans manage qouta settings.
  • Lead, mentor , and grow a dynamic B2B salesteam across Nordics and Europe.
  • Be responsible as salesmanager for Scandinavian market & customers.

To be considered for the role:

  • 10 plus years in B2B sales , within the technical and industrial sectors.
  • Average 5 years in salesleading positions.
  • A proven track record of exceeding salestargets and drivning market development.
  • Strong leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (Finnish meritorious)

About the process:
This is a full-time assignment starting in september, and expected to last six months. The client would appreciate if the consultant is open for permanent position after the interim period.
