Interim HSQE Manager
Enköping | Confidentially | Jobb ID: 3877Interim Search are now searching for an QHSE Manager to an exciting company that works in the technology sector. The company has approximately 100 employees and over 800 million SEK in revenue.
Primary responsibilities:
- You will ensure that the clients projects are delivered in accordance with our internal HSE Management System and in accordance with local laws and regulations and client expectations. The HSE organization supports in delivering on their core values and annual targets within their daily business.
- Facilitate HSE risk assessments with project and line management, involving project employees and subcontractors.
- Manage and ensure progress and implementation of the clients sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
- You will developing and maintaining the QHSE system and identifying and assessing the main risks.
- Managing compliance with the different regulations and laws.
- Manage behavioral change through implementing Group-wide performance improvement programs and practices locally to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on environment throughout the organization.
- Manage and ensures compliance with country management systems (ISO 14001 and 45001 certified).
- Training and raising the awareness of the workforce together with analyzing and continuously improving the system.
- Coordinating and communicating with management and other departments.
- Evaluating suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
- You have academic background suitable for the assignment.
- 7-10 years of experience manager & leadership ability.
- Profound technical knowledge of issues relating to quality, health, safety and the environment.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Responsive, inclusive and able to evaluate and make difficult decisions.
- As a person you are prestigeless, have the ability of critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
