Interim Search have been trusted to appoint two interim Project Directors to a leading insurance broker and financial service company, based in Stockholm. The company is currently driving several transformational initiatives to further accelerate growth, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to private equity value creation methodologies.
Position Overview
This senior role will drive the execution of key initiatives to enhance market position, operational efficiency, and profitability while delivering on commercial targets and private equity value creation objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of value creation program, including growth initiatives, operational improvements, and digital transformation.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with private equity value creation thesis.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning recruitment, business development, team organisation and technology delivery.
- Lead initiatives across cross selling, new business, recruitment, business development, team organisation and technology delivery.
- Present to executive leadership team and board on project status and outcomes
- Manage external vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
- Lead organizational change management and capability building initiatives
To be considered for this role:
- 5-8+ years of senior leadership experience in P&C insurance, management consulting, or private equity portfolio companies
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Experience in value creation impact and execution
- Expertise in insurance operations, products, and market dynamics from Nordic market
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, underwriting, and distribution
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish would be advantageous
