Interim Search have been trusted to appoint two interim PMO Analysts to a leading insurance broker and financial service company, based in Stockholm. The company is currently driving several transformational initiatives to further accelerate growth, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to private equity value creation methodologies.
Position Overview
Support the execution of value creation initiatives through project coordination, analysis, and program management support.
Main Responsibilities
- Support Project Director in managing transformation portfolio and coordinate project activities.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and detailed milestone tracking
- Track value creation KPIs and prepare regular status updates
- Support preparation of materials for executive and board presentations
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners
- Maintain project documentation and lessons learned repository
- Help establish governance frameworks for transformation programs
To be considered for this role:
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, financial services or insurance operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Preferred background in management consulting and/or private equity portfolio companies
- Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish would be advantageous
About the recruitment process:
