Interim HSE Manager
Ludvika (with opportunity to partially work remotely) | KonfidentielltInterim Search AB has been commissioned to find an interim HSE Manager for a business area within a billion-dollar company working in a fast growing industry.
As Interim HSE Manager you report to the General Manager for the business area.
Main tasks
- Coach, support and provide advice to managers and production employees on Health, Safety and Sustainability matters and report on the performance
- Guide HSE risk management process in the unit with operation managers and production employees to support that all processes are under control
- Drive improvement programs and practices to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture, as well as a strong focus on environment
- Identify, plan and initiate HSE training needs for employees, managers, and contractors
To be relevant for the role:
- You have +10 years experience as a manager or safety specialist, preferably in a similar industry
- You have good knowledge of Health & Safety and Environment legislative requirements
- You have good understanding of the principles of Management of Change
- You will take an active role in the decision-making process of new HSE initiatives for the business, supporting and providing advice to leadership and line managers
- You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- You are a team player
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills
- Merit if you have experience from manufacturing industry
- Merit if you are familiar with risk reporting system IA

The assignment is 100% of full time. Startup approx. 2022-01-24 and the assignment is estimated to last for about 12 months.
