Interim Group Controller

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Group Controller to an International Group located in Stockholm/Mälardalen. The focus of the assignment is to lead and harmonize an integration within financial functions (subsidiaries level).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead the integration within financial functions (subsidiaries level)
Harmonize systems, routines and reporting
Financial control/Business control
Produce and analyze key figures and other data
Ad hoc support
Operational follow-ups
Report to Group CFO
No personnel responsibility

To be eligible for the role:

Experience from a similar role
Solid experience from integrations of financial functions
Experience from working in an international group
Experience from business service
Good knowledge in Business Intelligence, Excel and systems in general
Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
Fluent in English both spoken and written
(It is advantageous if you can speak Finnish)
Operational, analytical, and driven

About the process:

The assignment starts as soon as possible and is expected to last 6 months at 100 %. Travel within Mälardalen occurs frequently. Head office is located in Stockholm.
