Interim Financial Controller ERP Project
Gävleborg | Confidentially | Jobb ID: 3922Interim Search has the opportunity to assign a Interim Financial Controller ERP Projekt consultant to a customer located i Gästrikland. The role will report to the Accounting Manger and will work with a Finance team.
Purpose of the role:
- Driving the ERP implementation project for the finance function
- Coordinate the requirements from Finance team and ensure those are part of project requirement.
- Mobilise, lead, and develop the implementation within finance.
- Take responsibility for the transformation plan and secure business continuity.
- Lead the operational and organisational readiness work, monitor activities and reporting.
- Report accurate and timely information of progress, risks, and deviations.
- Make sure that Line organization get information and share learnings.
Primary responsibility:
- Driving ERP implementation for the Finance function for the entity.
- Understanding the requirement from the Users and ensure those are part of project.
- Super user for Finance and Business controlling function in SAP S4/Hana.
- Administration during the project period, includes time reporting, organizing meeting etc.
- Communicate at all levels, influence others, creating networks and trustful relationships.
- To set structures and hold accountability on others to deliver what has been agreed.
- Think long-term but also act on immediate operational needs.
Required knowledges:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration and/or controlling.
- Experience from ERP implementation and/or process development is meritorious.
- Minimum 3-5 years in Finance.
- Deeper understating of Finance processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, fixed assets accounting, taxes.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
- Project management experience and working SAP experience would be an added advantage.
- Very good knowledge and experience of leading other and working in projects.
- Very good understanding of production unit processes within finance.
- Strong change management skills.
