Interim Finance Manager

We are looking for an operative Finance Manager to set up a new economy department in the office in central Helsingfors. Our client is a subsidiary of a larger international group, operating in Europe and the US. The role requires being on-site in Helsingfors four days a week.

Main responsibilities: 

• Set up a new economy department.
• Responsible for Finnish taxes and declaration.
• Create and implement new processes and routines.
• Accounting, consolidation and monthly reporting.
• Contact with and auditors and suppliers.
• Support the Finnish CEO.

To be eligible for the role:

• You are fluent in Finnish and English, meriting with Swedish.
• You have proven experience in a similar financial management role.
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar.
• You are operative, precise and analytical.
• You have previous experience in setting up economy departments, including new processes and routines.

About the process:

This is a full-time assignment with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible. Vacation is possible in July/August.
