Midlertidig anbudssjef

Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Tender Manager for an international medical technology company, based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen. The assignment involves leading and coordinating the entire bidding process within a complex and regulated environment, with a strong focus on structure, quality, and delivery precision. You will work closely with multiple functions across the organization to ensure that tender operations are driven efficiently from the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) to the final signed agreement.

Sentrale ansvarsområder:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and award.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Business Area Managers, Product Managers, and specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with all requirements, documentation, and terms according to the procurement process.
  • Plan, structure, and monitor deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks and areas for improvement within the bidding process.
  • Manage award decisions, appeals, and dialogues with external parties.
  • Oversee the handover to the delivery organization, as well as contract and agreement management.
  • Monitor new procurement notices and business opportunities.

Krav til rollen:

  • Proven experience in driving and coordinating tender processes within complex organizations.
  • A solid understanding of procurement and regulatory requirements (e.g., LOU/Public Procurement Act or equivalent).
  • Documented ability to work in a structured manner and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Academic degree in law, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a strong merit.

Foretrukne meritter:

  • Experience in Medical Technology (MedTech), Life Science, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP or other ERP systems/databases.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data-driven analysis.
  • Experience in contract management and agreement follow-up.

Om prosessen:

This is a full-time interim assignment starting immediately. The initial duration is approximately 9 months. The application deadline is May 13th, and client interviews will take place shortly thereafter.
