Midlertidig HR-generalist

You report to the Head of HR.

Hovedoppgaver:

• Partner with local HR Services and act as HR generalist onsite to support employee relations topics across the full employee lifecycle
• Advise on local employment terms, conditions, and practices in Sweden, in close collaboration with other HR partners
• Guide and support managers in core HR processes, including:
  • Recruitment and onboarding decisions
  • Performance management and individual development planning
  • Absence management and rehabilitation/return-to-work cases
  • Disciplinary processes and workplace concerns
  • Apply judgment in sensitive or complex cases, escalating when needed and ensuring proper documentation and process adherence

For å være relevant for rollen:

• You have experience as an HR Generalist in a global matrix organization.
• You have an understanding of Swedish labor law issues
• You have experience from working with Learning and Capability building
• You have experience working with modern HCM systems eg Workday, digital learning tools
• You have strong integrity, confidence and a positive attitude. 
• You have proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal  
• You are comfortable working across multiple time zones and willing to travel as needed

Om prosessen:
