Midlertidig HR-generalist
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an interim HR Generalist for an industrial company on an exciting growth journey.
You report to the Head of HR.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Partner with local HR Services and act as HR generalist onsite to support employee relations topics across the full employee lifecycle
- Advise on local employment terms, conditions, and practices in Sweden, in close collaboration with other HR partners
- Guide and support managers in core HR processes, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding decisions
- Performance management and individual development planning
- Absence management and rehabilitation/return-to-work cases
- Disciplinary processes and workplace concerns
- Apply judgment in sensitive or complex cases, escalating when needed and ensuring proper documentation and process adherence
For å være relevant for rollen:
- You have experience as an HR Generalist in a global matrix organization.
- You have an understanding of Swedish labor law issues
- You have experience from working with Learning and Capability building
- You have experience working with modern HCM systems eg Workday, digital learning tools
- You have strong integrity, confidence and a positive attitude.
- You have proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
- You are comfortable working across multiple time zones and willing to travel as needed
Om prosessen:
