Interim HR Strategist

Petra is a former elite athlete and a competitive person of distinction. After studying marketing, she became interested in HR and joined an established advertising agency as an HR generalist. She quickly took on more responsibility and became an important part of the agency's growth and recruitment. Petra has since had a thriving career and been involved in her own companies and start-ups, which she has since handed over to others to manage. She has been an interim consultant for six years and is driven by the challenge of building and establishing structures before moving on to the next assignment. Her most recent interim role was as HR strategist for a travel company facing major challenges in terms of corporate culture and branding. Petra was responsible for building up HR as a vital part of the company and implemented new processes such as skills-based recruitment and internal training.

Petra is looking for her next assignment where she can make a difference. She enjoys supporting managers in personnel matters and runs projects to build employee engagement and brand awareness.
