Marcus began his career as an internal recruiter for a well-known IT company before moving on to more extensive responsibilities as HR manager, a role he has now held for 15 years. His experience includes HR management responsibility for over 800 employees at the parent company of an international food manufacturer. In addition, he has been HR Manager for a housing company, where he was responsible for running and developing a business-oriented HR function. He was also regional manager for an international hotel group before deciding to work on interim assignments. Two years later, he has now had two assignments: interim HR manager for a marketing company and interim HR manager for a food manufacturer in Sweden and Finland.
