Karin built her career at a biotech company that is part of one of the world's largest life science groups. During this period, she worked extensively on developing HR processes and procedures for recruitment, talent management, cooperation with trade unions, crisis management, procurement of HR services, and guidelines for compensation and benefits. At the same time, she was project manager for the implementation of a new HR system and the establishment of a new office in Asia. She then advanced to a Swedish pharmaceutical company where she had ultimate responsibility for HR, which included 12 European subsidiaries and participation in the management team. For the past four years, she has been responsible for developing the HR function for a foreign-owned pharmaceutical company and for an international IT company, which has involved Nordic responsibility.
Karin is an unpretentious interim HR manager who gets things done. She thrives in an international context with broad responsibility for the HR department, preferably including direct personnel responsibility.
