She has previously been an HR Business Partner and HR Manager, primarily in multinational companies, with experience of participating in union negotiations, employee appraisals, and working with HR issues in multicultural corporate environments. She also has specialist knowledge of Comp & Ben and Swedish and Chinese labor law.
