Marika has also been responsible for implementing central HR systems in large international corporations. For the past four years, Marika has been an interim consultant and has just completed her latest assignment. In this role, she worked at a training company and helped to carry out a comprehensive salary survey. She worked closely with the CEO and management during the assignment, which lasted a total of eleven months. Supporting managers is something Marika has done throughout her career. In her next interim assignment, she would like to work with performance management, recruitment, salary reviews, or leadership issues.
