Interim Inside Sales Representative
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an Interim Inside Sales Representative for a well-established company in the transportation and logistics industry. This role is central to the business and involves responsibility for ensuring the professional, accurate, and efficient handling of customer contacts, sales, order flows, and administration.
Main duties:

Handle customer inquiries by phone and email with a high level of service.

Record, manage, and track orders, reservations, and deliveries.

Serve as the link between the customer, transportation planning, operations, and finance.

Handle complaints, invoice inquiries, and discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.

Issue invoices and verify the creditworthiness of new customers.

Contribute to the development of procedures, processes, and high customer satisfaction.
To be eligible for the role, you must:

Several years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.

Strong administrative skills and experience with business and order management systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Ability to work in a structured manner and handle multiple tasks at a fast pace

A service-oriented approach with strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written.
