Interim Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the warehouse and purchasing operations with a focus on optimal material allocation and stock management.
• Ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations (EHS) and internal protocols.
• Responsible for streamlining processes and maintaining high safety standards to improve overall warehouse efficiency and throughput.
• ERP Ownership & Change Management in Microsoft Dynamics AX & RFSmart.
• Manage the procurement of production and non-production materials based on forecasts, in collaboration with the Production Manager.
• Manage the CW budget, report to the Finance department on material receipts/invoices, and oversee negotiations with transport forwarders.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the CW team, including monthly performance evaluations and bonus reviews.

Requirements

• Solid background in senior leadership roles within warehouse management, logistics, and purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and RFSmart is essential.
• A proven track record of Change Management connected to ERP implementations or system transitions.
• A confident, clear, and decisive leader capable of managing complex situations and driving organizational culture.
• Fluency in English (corporate language). Knowledge of Czech and Swedish is considered a strong merit.

Assignment Details
