Interim VP Engineering (Job ID: 2215)
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim VP Engineering for a global company.
Main duties:
- Moving the organization from regional to global engineering organization
- Continuously develop and optimize engineering and product development
- Developing new products, partnerships and customer offerings
- Responsible for the profitability of the product portfolio
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Program Management and Operations
- Managing a business unit with 110 employees, of which 12 are direct reports
- Responsible for resource planning
- Part of the business unit management team
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience from similar assignments or recent employment
- Experience in crisis management
- Experience in identifying and driving technology development
- Proven leadership experience in engineering
- Experience in translating technical decisions into business strategy
- Experience in establishing and maintaining customer and industry partnerships
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 8 months starting immediately. Presentation of candidates will take place continuously from October 13 and customer interview thereafter.
