Interim Treasury Controller

Main duties:

• Independently develop liquidity planning for the funds at portfolio and fund level and create a basis to enable Fund Managers' decisions on fund distributions and capital calls
• Together with IR, Fund Managers and Head of Financing, administer capital calls and distributions to investors in a safe, accurate and efficient manner
• Administer and report interest rate and foreign exchange positions
• Administration of external loans
• Manage and control repayments and interest payments on existing external loans and update interest rates on outstanding loans
• Ongoing dialog with bank and other parties regarding cash management and treasury issues
• Responsible for relevant work related to financial statements and external reporting
• Work with Fund Managers to develop Board materials and other presentation materials
• Together with Acquisition and Asset Management, assist in acquisitions and sales as well as financing of real estate and companies
• Maintaining the treasury system
• Actively participate in fundraising, audits and change projects requested by the company

To be eligible for the role:

• You have experience with equity funds and/or real estate funds
• You are happy to work operationally as well as strategically
• You preferably have a fund perspective, company perspective and real estate perspective

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 6-7 months.
