Interim Group CFO
Interim Search has received an exciting assignment to appoint a business-driven Interim Group CFO to a large, market-leading and international growth company. You will be responsible for leading and developing the finance department in a growth environment, focusing on both long-term strategic management and operational delivery. This role reports to the Group CEO.
Main duties
- Manage the group's finances, in Sweden and abroad, and act as manager and support a finance team of 20 people with two direct reports during the ongoing transformation journey.
- Translate financial results into clear business logic in dialogue with both the Group CEO and the organization.
- Act as a sounding board for the Group CEO.
- Balance a long-term strategic focus with being operationally involved, hands-on, in processes and reporting.
- Responsible for reporting to the parent company in an Anglo-Saxon context and stabilizing the foreign subsidiaries.
To be eligible for the assignment

You have a solid background as a CFO at group level in large companies and are a confident, unpretentious person who has the ability to create calm and structure even in fast-moving and complex environments.

Experience working both strategically and operationally in entrepreneurial growth environments.

Proven ability to understand and manage complex service business.

Very good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.

A very good knowledge of English is required. Experience in technology-heavy industries is an advantage, but not a requirement.
About the process
The assignment is full-time with a desired start no later than May and is expected to last for 10 months. The position is located in Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work. Travel within northern Europe occurs a few days a month.
