Michael Rooslien is a Director/Recruitment Consultant at Interim Search AB. He has a background in sales and marketing and later became Country Manager for Marc O’Polo AB. Since then, he has worked in executive recruitment, first as a Partner at Fairchild Executive Search and then as a Managing Partner at well-known international firms such as Alexandre Tic Executive Search, Horton International Executive Search, and Boyden. Most recently, he was a Partner at Friisberg & Partners International. Michael holds a degree in marketing economics and is an NLP Practitioner.
