Interim Technical Project Manager
Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting an Interim Technical Project Manager for a leading international food company. You will be expected to work on factory investments and lead projects in the areas of quality, productivity, energy, and safety.
Main duties:
- Manage technical projects from the preliminary study, procurement, and installation through validation and handover to operations.
- Ensure that project execution meets time, cost, and quality requirements—that is, that new equipment, automation, and technical upgrades are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Define requirements, negotiate with, and follow up with external equipment and system suppliers as well as contractors.
- Integrate energy-efficient and sustainable technical solutions into the production facility.
To be eligible for the role:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, automation, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within the FMCG, food, process, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Documented knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process
The assignment is expected to last 12 months on a full-time basis, with a start date to be agreed upon.
