Interim Project Manager in the Manufacturing Industry
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an interim project manager for a growing heavy industry company in Skåne. As project manager, you will have full responsibility for everything from client relations and developing roadmaps to leading day-to-day operations and ensuring that plans are followed through until the final report is submitted to the client.
Main duties:
- Ensure that customer projects follow the plan agreed upon with the customer and that any deviations are reported to the customer.
- Prepare and plan project resources in accordance with the project schedule agreed upon with the customer.
- Identify risks of delays and/or financial losses, as well as any changes or additional work.
- Monitor the progress of the work and update the schedule daily in coordination with the production team.

Review quoted prices, prepare preliminary budgets with cost updates, and prepare interim financial reports.
- Ensure information sharing within the project group by holding regular meetings with the project team to share critical information.
To be eligible for the role:

At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or subproject manager, during which you have led major industrial and/or production projects.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in mechanical, industrial, or naval engineering.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in mechanical, industrial, or marine manufacturing or production.
- A Swedish citizen who is fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Spoken and written English.
About the process
