Interim Service and Delivery Manager

In the role of interim Service and Delivery Manager, you are tasked with developing and leading the service and delivery function in the Nordics. You are responsible for service employees and ensure profitable growth with a focus on driving efficiency, cost optimization and digitization.

Main duties:

• Develop the service function and manage service and support staff
• Identify and drive projects to develop the service function
• Develop the company's services in cooperation with the sales function
• Ensure profitability, implement efficiencies and improve quality
• Optimize and improve resource planning, guidelines and policies
• Monitor KPIs and ensure that targets are met

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Background in a company with a strong sales focus, preferably in the print industry
• Proven experience in managing, developing and optimizing a service function
• A developed business mindset and interest in developing new services and processes in a digital environment
• A process-oriented and analytical approach with good project management skills
• Good knowledge of the PC tool Microsoft suite
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

About the process:
